Newgen Software, a global provider of low code digital automation platform, has announced that TAJBank has selected Newgen as a digital transformation partner to automate its enterprise-wide customer-facing processes.
TAJBank is looking to leverage Newgen’s product training and its platform’s low code capability to design, develop, and deploy the workflows themselves through an in-house center of excellence. Furthermore, the bank has chosen a three-in-one system with solutions for intelligent process automation (BPM), contextual content services (ECM), and multi-channel capture.
