KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Mortgage Trust 2020-ATR1

Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) assigns preliminary ratings to 42 classes of mortgage pass-through certificates from J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Mortgage Trust 2020-ATR1 (JPMWM 2020-ATR1). JPMWM 2020-ATR1 is the first prime non-qualified mortgage (Non-QM) RMBS transaction solely by loans originated by JPMorgan Chase Asset and Wealth Management Private Bank (JPMPB).

The pool is comprised of 402 highly seasoned residential mortgages with an aggregate principal balance of $391.1 million as of the July 1, 2020 cut-off date. Approximately 98% of the pool is over 24 months seasoned, with a weighted average mortgage pool age of 44 months.
