Description
Manages the delivery of Human Resources employee service lines within a moderately sized geographic region. Ensures services are delivered in compliance with local and regional legislation and company policies.
Manages the overall, day-to-day Human Resources employee service lines delivered within a region, in support of the broader company’s business objectives, which may include compensation administration, benefits administration, employee mobility, payroll administration, employee on boarding and other related employee service lines.
Partners with global human resources global service line delivery leaders to ensure consistent delivery and alignment of processes and procedures.
Maintains a broad understanding of employee service line strategies, policies, procedures and the applicable legislation impacting the region.
Monitors and assesses metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), monitors legislative compliance and takes action to ensure all requirements and agreements are met within the region.
Manages the annual financial and operating plan for the region and monitors performance.
Uses key performance metrics to define and develop continuous improvement initiatives for services delivered within the region; aligns with key human resources and business partners on the implementation of various employee service initiatives and improvements.
Manages customer interfaces and assesses customer satisfaction in order to support positive internal and external customer relationships and improve satisfaction levels.
Coaches and mentors direct reports; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.
Qualifications
Skills

Compensation and Benefits Administration – Translates Cummins plan design, statutory and tax requirements in the communication and delivery of compensation and benefit programs.
Payroll Administration – Translates company policies, tax and legislative requirements in the delivery of accurate and timely employee payments and reporting; ensures compliance with applicable regulations and internal control procedures.
Mobility Administration – Translates applicable policies, taxation, immigration laws, local legislation and internal controls procedures in the delivery of programs focused on the seamless movement of talent.
Benefits Design – Designs and develops programs, policies, processes and tools using appropriate methodologies to advance organizational goals; evaluates market competitiveness, best practice and recommendations for Cummins in accordance with established processes that aid in the design of organizational programs.
Data Analytics – Interprets information relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks, and leverages analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive business insights; assesses quality of data as an initial step of the analysis.
Collaborates – Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Communicates effectively – Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience
Significant level of relevant international mobility work experience, including leadership, budgetary and compliance experience, required.
