It’s been a pretty great week for Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE:BXP) shareholders, with its shares surging 17% to US$88.77 in the week since its latest third-quarter results. Boston Properties reported US$693m in revenue, roughly in line with analyst forecasts, although statutory earnings per share (EPS) of US$0.58 beat expectations, being 5.6% higher than what the analysts expected.
