The World Health Organization (WHO) reported that only 33 percent of Nigerians lack access to water supply. Sandra explains what it means: For every three Nigerians, one of them doesnโt have access to pipe-borne water, or to a bore-hole close to their house.
โNow, you may say that itโs actually more than that because that figure seems to be low,โ she says. โLetโs go back to the advice that Nigerians should their hands with running water several times a day, to prevent COVID-19. How will those 33 percent of Nigerians who donโt have running water manage?โ
