The lord’s goodness to people stretches over centuries in which people did whatever they could to hurt or make him happy. From the days of Abel and Cain, creation showed what it would do in praising God or doing what he tells them not to do. Abel did what was right, but his brother did wrong, and the Lord stepped in with a righteous judgment because all must stand for their reward. The wicked man has his own blessings which culminate in destruction. For those righteous, even they die will return to grace by the power of and justice vested in the almighty.
God’s ways are the best from the inception of humanity. It was evident in the time when the first human pair sinned, and God decreed what would follow. His perfection showed when he refused from destroying them at once. That paved way for many to live and prove themselves to a loving and loyal God who cares about them. Further, when man’s badness was too much for him to cope with, he destroyed the earth but there were survivors. That also showed his righteousness, lawlessness, and his wish to have humans survive.
Justice, love, wisdom, and power are the hallmark of the lord’s qualities as stated in the Bible. These are the same qualities he demonstrated over thousands of years as he dealt with humans. This is also evident in his word, the Bible is flawless, being the most important instructional book for those who want a perfect life. It can change a person’s personality from bad to good, making them useful in the communities where they live. By adhering to the word of God, nations have seen the rise of credible citizens, who maintain peace and love wherever they live.
Often, it is said that the only way a person can undergo a real change in life is to submit oneself to the law and principles of the Lord. Thousands of years have proved that this is true as men and women forget their former way of life and transform the mind and thinking abilities. That isn’t about self-gain but a need to offer themselves willing in adding value to those around them. This means that they take up a life of service in favor of humanity and to humanity. Hopefully, if such ones persist in this, there are great rewards for them. God promised in the verse as well to keep all his loyal ones safe, so it is not for nothing that they serve him.
Men and women received a hint of the reward which awaits them by having angels appear to them. Prophets encouraged others, giving them hope that their works did not go unnoticed by the father of endless grace. All those who are happy to serve God find comfort in the words of this verse. God is not unaware of the good works they did, he is perfect in love and justice. Since he adds wisdom and power to his way of dealing with man, he will bless those who serve him with good rewards.
