Diversified Management Group, a Bolingbrook, Illinois-based automotive finance and insurance agency, has been bought by National Auto Care.
The companies didn’t disclose financial terms of the deal.
National Auto Care said DMG’s growth will be further accelerated by combining with the Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida-based company. Together, they will be able to add a wider array of value-added products, services, and technology to its existing and new dealer relationships, the company said.

DMG President Chris Weber, who founded the company in 2004, and his partner, James Jodison, will continue to manage the day-to-day operations of their Illinois office.

National Auto Care provides finance and insurance services, administration, consulting services, training and marketing support to independent agents, insurance companies, financial institutions, third-party administrators and credit unions.
